Support, Maintenance & Managed Automation

Integration support and maintenance on a monthly retainer

Integrations and automations need someone responsible for them after launch. On a retainer, we watch every run, fix what fails, keep up with vendor API changes and make small improvements, during business hours Monday to Friday (PKT).

Integrations don’t stay finished

An integration that worked at launch can fail months later for reasons nobody on your team controls: a vendor retires an API version, a token expires, someone adds a required field in the ERP, or order volume crosses a rate limit.

If the person who built it has moved on, each of those turns into a scramble. A retainer gives every live integration and workflow a named owner who knows how it works.

Signs this is costing you

  • A workflow failed and you found out from a customer or your accountant.
  • Nobody on the team knows how the integration works inside.
  • A vendor has emailed about an API deprecation and nobody has acted on it.
  • Small changes wait weeks because there’s no one to make them.
  • The freelancer or agency that built it is no longer available.

How we approach it

  1. Step 01

    Start with an onboarding review

We document every integration and workflow in scope: what it does, where it runs, which credentials it uses and how it fails. Anything risky is fixed or flagged before the retainer starts.

  2. Step 02

    Watch every run

Alerts for failed runs and stuck queues go to us as well as you, so problems are usually spotted before anyone downstream notices.

  3. Step 03

Fix within a clear response time

We reply to support requests within one business day (PKT, Monday to Friday) and tell you what we found and when it will be fixed. We don’t offer 24/7 or on-call cover.

  4. Step 04

    Stay ahead of vendor changes

We track deprecation notices for every API and platform in scope and schedule upgrades before the cut-off date.

  5. Step 05

    Report every month

A short summary of runs, failures, fixes and changes, with recommendations for the next month.

How you can work with us

Support is a monthly retainer sized to the number of integrations and workflows in scope. One-off fixes outside a retainer are billed hourly.

  • Fixed price

A defined integration, workflow or first release of an app.

Discovery produces a written plan with scope, deliverables and a fixed price. Changes to scope are quoted before they're built.

  • Hourly

Small changes, fixes, or work that's hard to scope until someone looks at it.

Time is logged against each task, so you can see where every hour went.

  • Usual fit for this service

    Monthly retainer

Integrations and automations that are live and need someone responsible for them.

Monitoring, fixes and small changes during business hours, Monday to Friday (PKT), with a monthly summary.

  • Dedicated developer

Ongoing product work where you want the same engineer every day.

One engineer works in your tools and stand-ups full time. You set the priorities.

Common questions

Something else? Ask an engineer.

What does a support retainer include?

Monitoring of every integration and workflow in scope, fixes and replays for failed runs, API and version updates, small changes within your monthly allowance, and a monthly report.

How fast do you respond?

We reply to support requests within one business day, Monday to Friday, Pakistan time (UTC+5). That gives UK and EU clients an afternoon overlap and GCC clients a full working day.

Do you offer 24/7 or on-call support?

No. Support runs during business hours, Monday to Friday (PKT). Integrations are built to retry and queue failed records, so most problems wait safely until we’re online.

Can you support integrations or workflows someone else built?

Yes. The onboarding review is designed for exactly that: we document what exists, fix what’s fragile and then take responsibility for it.

What counts as a small change?

Adding a field to a sync, a new condition in a workflow, or a change to an alert. New integrations and new workflows are quoted separately.

How do you handle API deprecations?

We track the deprecation notices for every API and platform in scope, plan the upgrade, test it against a sandbox and release it before the vendor’s deadline.

Give your integrations an owner.

List what’s running and who looks after it today. An engineer replies within one business day with questions and a retainer size.

We reply within one business day (PKT, Monday to Friday).
