Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing services tracked to pipeline

We plan, write and publish for the platforms your buyers use, run paid campaigns where they make sense, and send every lead into your CRM with its source. The report shows conversations, demos and deals, not just reach.

CRM

Busy feeds, quiet pipeline

Posting consistently is hard enough. Proving it matters is harder: likes and impressions are easy to count, while the demo booked by someone who followed you for three months rarely gets credited to social at all.

Paid social has the opposite problem. Lead forms fill up, the leads sit in a platform export, and by the time sales calls them the interest has cooled.

Signs this is costing you

  • Social reports are all reach and engagement, with nothing about leads.
  • Lead-form leads are downloaded as spreadsheets instead of reaching the CRM.
  • Posting stops whenever the person doing it gets busy.
  • Nobody can say whether the founder's LinkedIn posts produce business.

How we approach it

  1. Step 01

Choose platforms by buyer, not habit

B2B companies usually win on LinkedIn, through the company page and the people behind it. Consumer brands look at Meta and TikTok. We focus on one or two platforms and do them well.

  2. Step 02

Plan content around what you know

A monthly calendar built from your expertise, customer questions and product news, written in your voice and approved by you before anything goes out.

  3. Step 03

    Use paid campaigns deliberately

Paid social runs from your own ad accounts, with audiences, budgets and creative tested in small steps before spend increases.

  4. Step 04

    Wire leads into the CRM

Lead forms and tracked links send contacts into your CRM with platform and campaign attached, and sales is alerted while the lead is still warm.

How we measure it

Engagement tells you whether people noticed. The CRM tells you whether it mattered.

What we track

  • Reach, engagement and follower change, as context
  • Clicks to your site with UTMs, and conversions from them
  • Lead-form and DM leads saved in the CRM with platform and campaign
  • Meetings, deals and revenue associated with those leads

Where the data lives

  • HubSpot or your CRM
  • Platform analytics (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok)
  • GA4 and a Looker Studio or HubSpot dashboard
How you see the return
Monthly: leads, meetings, pipeline and revenue from social, next to ad spend and our fee, so social is judged like any other channel.
When to expect results
Paid campaigns produce data within weeks. Organic audience and inbound interest build over months of consistent posting.

Common questions

Something else? Ask an engineer.

Which platforms do you manage?

LinkedIn for B2B, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok for consumer and ecommerce brands. We usually recommend one or two platforms done well over many done thinly.

Do you run paid social as well as organic posts?

Yes, when it fits the plan. Campaigns run from your own ad accounts, and ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.

Will you grow our follower count?

We don't promise follower numbers, and we don't buy them. We report on what followers lead to: site visits, leads, meetings and revenue.

How do social leads get into our CRM?

Lead forms and tracked links are connected to your CRM, so each lead arrives with the platform and campaign it came from, and sales gets notified straight away.

Who approves posts before they go out?

You do. Each month's calendar is shared for approval before anything is scheduled.

How is social media marketing priced?

As a monthly fee based on the number of platforms and how much content and paid work is involved, quoted after the audit. Ad spend is always separate.
