SEO

SEO services that report in pipeline, not just rankings

We fix the technical problems that hold a site back, publish pages that answer what buyers search for, and earn links worth having. Then we report the part most SEO reports leave out: which organic visits became leads, deals and revenue.

Your pageOrganic leads

Rankings went up. Did revenue?

A typical SEO report is a list of keywords that moved. It rarely says whether any of that traffic filled out a form, booked a call or bought something, because organic leads arrive in the CRM looking like everyone else.

Meanwhile the technical basics are often left half done: pages search engines can't render, duplicate URLs, slow templates, missing structured data. Content written on top of that foundation has to work much harder than it should.

Signs this is costing you

  • Your SEO report is all rankings and traffic, with no leads or revenue.
  • Organic leads in your CRM have no source, or show as “direct”.
  • Important pages aren't indexed, or show the wrong title in Google.
  • The site was rebuilt and organic traffic dropped afterwards.
  • You've been told to expect first-page rankings within weeks.

How we approach it

  1. Step 01

    Technical foundations first

Crawling, indexing, rendering, site speed, internal links, canonical tags and structured data. We build Next.js sites ourselves, so JavaScript SEO problems get fixed in the code, not worked around.

  2. Step 02

    Pages built around real searches

Keyword research shapes a plan of service pages, comparison pages and guides that match what buyers type, ordered by how close each search is to a purchase.

  3. Step 03

Links you'd be happy to explain

Links come from useful content, digital PR and genuine industry relationships. No private networks or paid link schemes that put the site at risk.

  4. Step 04

    Report to the CRM

Organic leads carry their source and landing page into your CRM, so the monthly report connects search work to pipeline and revenue.

Rankings are only the start. Organic leads keep their source all the way to the deal.

How we measure it

Rankings are a leading signal. The report is built around what happens after the click.

What we track

  • Impressions, clicks and positions for target searches (Google Search Console)
  • Organic sessions and conversions by landing page (GA4)
  • Original source and landing page on each new CRM contact
  • Deals and revenue associated with organic contacts

Where the data lives

  • Google Search Console and GA4, connected to your accounts
  • HubSpot or your CRM for leads, deals and revenue
  • A shared dashboard in Looker Studio or HubSpot
How you see the return
You see organic leads, pipeline and revenue each month, next to the cost of the work, so SEO can be compared with paid channels on the same terms.
When to expect results
Technical fixes can show within weeks. New content and links usually take several months to rank and longer to show in pipeline, especially in competitive markets.

Common questions

Something else? Ask an engineer.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can show within a few weeks. New content and links usually take several months to rank, and longer to appear in pipeline. In competitive markets it takes longer still. We give you a realistic timeline after the audit.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines decide rankings, and they change how they do it regularly. We commit to doing the work properly and reporting what it produces in leads and revenue.

What's included in monthly SEO work?

Technical monitoring and fixes, new or improved pages from the content plan, link acquisition, internal linking, and a monthly report connected to your CRM. The exact mix depends on what the audit finds.

Can you fix SEO on a Next.js or Shopify site?

Yes. We build Next.js sites, so rendering, metadata, sitemaps and structured data problems get fixed in the code. On Shopify and other platforms we work within the theme and apps, or document changes for your developers.

How do you build links?

By publishing things worth linking to, doing digital PR and working real industry relationships. We don't buy links or use private networks, because the risk to your site isn't worth it.

How is SEO priced?

As a monthly fee, quoted after a short audit, because the work needed varies a lot between a new site and an established one. You'll know the fee and what it covers before anything starts.
