Digital Marketing

Digital marketing services, wired to your CRM

We run SEO, content, social, Amazon and app store marketing for B2B and ecommerce teams, and we connect every channel to your CRM first. Each lead and sale carries its source, so the monthly report shows pipeline and revenue by channel, not just clicks.

Every channel reports success, and nobody can see revenue

Most marketing is reported channel by channel. The SEO report shows rankings, the social report shows reach, the ads dashboard shows clicks. Each one looks fine on its own, and none of them answers the question the business actually asks: which spend turned into customers?

The answer usually exists, scattered across a CRM, an analytics account and a spreadsheet. It just isn't joined up. Without that join, budgets move on instinct, and the channel with the most confident report wins.

Signs this is costing you

  • Each agency or freelancer sends a different report, and none mention revenue.
  • Leads arrive in the CRM without a source, or every source says “direct”.
  • You can't say which channel produced last quarter's best customers.
  • Budget decisions come down to whoever argues best in the meeting.
  • Amazon and app store sales live in separate consoles from everything else.

How we approach it

  1. Step 01

Fix the tracking before spending more

We audit how leads and orders reach your CRM today: forms, UTMs, ad platform pixels, server events and ecommerce data. Gaps get fixed first, so every channel we run afterwards can be measured.

  2. Step 02

Pick channels by where buyers are

A B2B services firm and a DTC brand on Amazon need different mixes. We recommend the two or three channels most likely to pay back for your market, and say which ones to leave alone for now.

  3. Step 03

    Run each channel properly

SEO, content, social, Amazon and app store work is done by our in-house marketing specialist, with integration engineers handling tracking, CRM fields and data plumbing.

  4. Step 04

    Report in revenue, monthly

One report across channels: spend, leads, pipeline and revenue by source, from the same CRM your sales team uses. Then we move budget towards what's working.

ChannelsTrackingCRMRevenue report
Every channel goes through the same tracking into your CRM, so results are compared on revenue.

What you get

Tracking and attribution setup
UTM conventions, conversion events, CRM source fields and contact-to-deal links, documented.
Channel plan
Which channels, in what order, with goals and the metrics each one will be judged on.
Channel execution
The agreed mix of SEO, content, social, Amazon or app store work, delivered every month.
One monthly report
Spend, leads, pipeline and revenue by channel, with what we'll change next month and why.
Accounts you own
Ad accounts, analytics, dashboards and content stay in your name, with our access granted to them.

How we measure it

The same measurement model sits under every channel, so results can be compared side by side.

What we track

  • Source, medium and campaign on every visit, through consistent UTMs
  • Form fills, calls, sign-ups and purchases as conversion events
  • The original source saved on each new contact in your CRM
  • Contacts associated with deals, so revenue can be traced back

Where the data lives

  • HubSpot, or the CRM you already use, for leads, deals and revenue
  • Google Analytics 4 for site behaviour and conversions
  • A Looker Studio or HubSpot dashboard that combines both, which you can open at any time
How you see the return
Each month you see spend, leads, pipeline and closed revenue by channel, and the cost of each in a currency you can compare.
When to expect results
Paid channels produce data within weeks. SEO and content usually take several months to show in pipeline, and the report says so rather than hiding it.

Common questions

Something else? Ask an engineer.

How is this different from a typical marketing agency?

We start with the data. Before running campaigns, we make sure every lead and sale reaches your CRM with its source attached, so results are reported as pipeline and revenue. The people fixing your tracking are engineers who build CRM integrations for a living.

Which channel should we start with?

It depends on where your buyers look and how soon you need pipeline. Paid channels produce data quickly; SEO and content compound over months. The audit ends with a recommendation for your situation, including channels we think you should skip.

How long before we see results?

Paid social and Amazon ads produce measurable data within weeks. SEO and content usually take several months before they show up in pipeline. We set expectations for each channel at the start and report against them.

Do you guarantee rankings, sales or return on ad spend?

No. Nobody controls search rankings or buyer behaviour, and guarantees in this industry tend to be met with tactics you wouldn't approve. We commit to the work, the tracking and honest reporting.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, dashboards and content are created in your name, and we work in them with access you grant. If we stop working together, nothing has to be migrated.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platforms, from your own accounts. Our fee covers the work, and we quote it after the audit so it matches the channels you actually need.

Do you work with CRMs other than HubSpot?

Yes. HubSpot is the CRM we use most, and we also implement and integrate other CRMs. The measurement model works the same way in each.
