Amazon Marketing

Amazon marketing agency for PPC, listings and A+ Content

We run Amazon advertising, improve listings, and build A+ Content and Brand Stores for brands that also sell on their own site. Then we connect Amazon orders, fees and ad spend to your ERP or accounting system, so you can see profit per product, not just sales.

SponsoredProfit

Amazon sales are up. Is Amazon profitable?

The advertising console reports sales and ad cost. It doesn't know your product cost, Amazon's referral and fulfilment fees, returns, or the discount you ran last week. So a campaign can look healthy while the product loses money on every unit.

Listings are often the other weak spot: thin copy, images that don't answer buyer questions, and no A+ Content even when the brand qualifies for it. Advertising sends traffic to a page that doesn't convert it.

Signs this is costing you

  • You know ad spend and sales, but not profit per product after fees.
  • Campaigns were set up once and haven't been restructured since.
  • Listings have few images, thin bullets and no A+ Content.
  • Amazon orders and payouts are reconciled into the books by hand.
  • Nobody is sure whether Brand Registry is set up correctly.

How we approach it

  1. Step 01

    Check eligibility and listings first

Brand Registry gives access to Sponsored Brands, A+ Content and Brand Stores, and requires a pending or registered trademark. We check your setup and fix listing basics before scaling spend.

  2. Step 02

Structure campaigns so data is readable

Sponsored Products campaigns separated by targeting type and intent, with automatic campaigns for discovery, manual campaigns for proven terms, and negatives so the two don't compete. Sponsored Brands and display ads are added when the basics are working.

  3. Step 03

    Improve what shoppers see

Titles, bullets and images briefed around what buyers search and ask, plus A+ Content modules and a Brand Store that explain the range.

  4. Step 04

    Measure profit, not just sales

Our integration engineers connect Amazon order, fee and ad data to NetSuite, QuickBooks or your reporting, so decisions use margin after fees and advertising.

How we measure it

Amazon reports sales. We report what's left after Amazon and advertising take their share.

What we track

  • Ad spend, attributed sales and conversion by campaign and product
  • Organic and total sales per product
  • Amazon fees, refunds and payouts per order
  • Off-Amazon traffic sent to listings, using Amazon Attribution where you're eligible

Where the data lives

  • Amazon Ads and Seller Central reports
  • Your ERP or accounting system (NetSuite, QuickBooks) for fees, payouts and margin
  • A monthly dashboard in Looker Studio or your BI tool
How you see the return
You see margin per product after fees and ad spend, so budget moves to the products that make money rather than the ones that only sell.
When to expect results
New campaigns need a few weeks of data before structural changes. Listing and A+ improvements show in conversion once they're live and have enough traffic.

Common questions

Something else? Ask an engineer.

Do we need Amazon Brand Registry?

For most of this work, yes. Brand Registry is required for Sponsored Brands, A+ Content and Brand Stores, and it needs a pending or registered trademark plus your brand name on the product or packaging. We can check your status in the audit.

How do you charge for PPC management?

Either a monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend with a minimum, quoted after the audit. Ad spend itself is paid by you directly to Amazon.

How long before PPC results settle?

New campaigns need a few weeks of data before it's sensible to restructure them. Expect the first month to be about learning which searches convert, and the following months about improving efficiency.

Can you guarantee sales or a target ACoS?

No. Results depend on your product, price, reviews and competition. We commit to a sound structure, weekly management and honest reporting on profit.

Can you connect Amazon sales to NetSuite or QuickBooks?

Yes. That's our integration team's core work: orders, fees, refunds and payouts flowing into your ERP or accounting system, so Amazon is reconciled without spreadsheets.

Who owns the Seller Central and advertising accounts?

You do. We work in your accounts with the access you grant, and you can remove it at any time.

Is anyone on your team certified in Amazon Ads?

Yes. Our in-house marketing specialist holds Amazon Ads certification. It's a personal certification; Craftline isn't an Amazon partner agency.
