We build the connections between business systems (ERPs, CRMs, stores and payment platforms) and automates the work that happens between them. Web and mobile apps come second, and they’re built on that foundation.
Why we focus on the work between systems
Growing companies rarely run on one system. Sales lives in a CRM, money moves through Stripe or a store, and the books sit in NetSuite or QuickBooks. Each tool does its own job well. The expensive part is everything in between: the exports, the re-keying and the reconciliation spreadsheet.
That in-between work is what Craftline is built around. We’d rather be very good at connecting systems and automating the hand-offs than be one more agency offering everything.
Experience behind the studio
Before and alongside Craftline, the founder’s engineering work has included:

- Payment and ERP integrations in production.
- Healthcare platform engineering.

How we work
Integration is the main job
We’ve built production integrations between ERPs, CRMs and payment platforms. Connecting systems is the core of what we do, not an add-on to a website project.
The engineer you talk to builds it
No account managers in between. The person on your scoping call is the person writing the integration, so questions get technical answers.
A Celigo-certified engineer on the team
For NetSuite-centred businesses, we can work in Celigo or tell you honestly when a prebuilt flow is enough.
Clear quotes, fixed discovery
You get a written quote before any work starts. Larger projects begin with a fixed-price discovery, credited to the build if you go ahead.
You own everything we build
Code, workflows, credentials and documentation are yours. Handover includes runbooks, so leaving us is a handover, not a rescue.
Where we work and when you can reach us
Craftline works on Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5). Our working day overlaps the afternoon in the UK and Europe and the full working day in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. For clients in the US and Canada, we schedule calls early in the morning or in the evening, your time.
We reply to every message within one business day, Monday to Friday.
